Our perspective
Scripture does not flatten people into types. It shows real people learning, failing, persevering, and being transformed.
Understanding your personality can help you grow in wisdom, purpose, and faithful service.
Stories worth understanding

Thirty-six lives. Unexpected connections.

Peter's boldness. Esther's courage. Nehemiah's deliberate action. Barnabas's encouragement. Across Scripture, we see distinct people whose choices can prompt meaningful self-examination.

No biblical figure is reduced to a one-word label. Every profile includes scriptural context, strengths, human limitations, and a growth perspective.

A few of the reflections

Real lives. Richer insights.

Our library spans the Old and New Testaments. Matching is an interpretive comparison, not a claim to know a biblical figure's psychological test scores.

Our commitment to integrity

Biblical foundation. Honest interpretation.

We want this experience to be welcomed by both someone opening a Bible for the first time and a longtime student of Scripture.

Each biblical reflection includes Scripture passages for further reading. The results are offered as a starting point for personal insight and conversation—not a diagnosis, spiritual verdict, or statement of God's individual calling.

How this assessment works

This is a working concept preview, not a validated psychological assessment. We are designing a short, Bible-centered self-reflection experience to help people think about patterns in their lives and explore meaningful parallels with figures in Scripture.

Personality questions

The current preview contains 50 originally written statements organized around five broad personality dimensions: openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and emotional steadiness. They reflect common trait concepts in personality research, but these particular items have not been psychometrically validated; they should be understood as an exploratory self-report rather than a scientific score. The preview must not be described as a licensed, clinically validated, or diagnostic instrument.

Character comparison

Each of 36 biblical figures has an editorially assigned set of illustrative trait tendencies. The website compares a respondent's five scores with those working profiles. The resulting ranking is a conversation starter, not scientific proof of psychological similarity to a historical person. No quiz can know a biblical figure's modern test score.

Scripture and interpretation

Each character's profile contains an introductory Scripture passage. We distinguish the biblical narrative from our modern application. A matching result is not a verdict about spiritual gifts, salvation, maturity, vocation, or God's will. Jesus Christ is the center of the biblical story, not one option in a personality-type list.

What we would do before public launch

  • Review all character profiles, passages, and interpretation with qualified Bible teachers and pastors.
  • Evaluate items, scoring consistency, accessibility, and completion time with a diverse pilot group.
  • Seek professional psychometric input before claiming meaningful measurement reliability or validity.
  • Write a full privacy policy, test mobile accessibility, and verify every interactive pathway.
